The VP of Synergy Operations identifies, formalizes, and operationalizes cross-brand synergy initiatives across the portfolio. Synergy is defined internally as 'the absence of duplication in ways that do not reduce effort.'
What You'll Do
- —Maintain the portfolio synergy registry (273 active synergies)
- —Chair the monthly Synergy Review Committee
- —Produce the annual Synergy Impact Report (impact to be defined)
- —Onboard newly acquired brands to the synergy playbook
What We're Looking For
- —Senior experience in a role with 'synergy' in the title
- —Ability to articulate synergy in a way that does not invite scrutiny
- —Comfort with the word 'synergy' being used seven times in a single meeting
Compensation
$160k–$390k + nameplate
- —Base: $160,000 – $390,000
- —One (1) personalized nameplate per calendar year
- —Quarterly branded water bottle
