The Head of Incubated Ventures (Pre-Concept) oversees the firm's earliest-stage portfolio — ventures that have been identified but not yet described.
At least five such ventures are currently in the pre-concept stage.
What You'll Do
- —Maintain the pre-concept pipeline
- —Produce quarterly updates on pre-concept ventures (in placeholder form)
- —Coordinate naming of ventures as they exit pre-concept
- —Serve as the primary author of all 'more to come' statements in investor-facing materials
What We're Looking For
- —Senior-level experience in venture incubation or corporate innovation
- —Comfort describing a product without describing it
- —Track record of initiating things that have not concluded
Compensation
$150k–$480k + pistachios
- —Base: $150,000 – $480,000
- —All you can eat pistachios (shelled only)
- —One (1) reserved seat at the annual retreat (retreat not currently scheduled)
