About this role
The Associate works with the Strategy team to produce and maintain the firm's growing catalog of frameworks. The firm currently maintains 14 frameworks. The Associate is expected to maintain the existing set and contribute approximately two new frameworks per year.
What You'll Do
- —Draft and maintain framework documentation
- —Produce framework visualizations (typically 2x2, 3x3, or hexagonal)
- —Participate in the semi-annual Framework Review
- —Defend framework integrity in internal disputes

- —Analytical background
- —Comfort with 2x2 matrices
- —Willingness to commit to a framework publicly
Compensation
$78k–$128k + pistachios
- —Base: $78,000 – $128,000
- —All you can eat pistachios (shelled only)
- —One (1) framework-poster of your choice for your home office
