The VP of Recurring Revenue Optimization leads subscription economics across Only Fans and Only Pans, with oversight of future subscription brands. The role owns the annual retention thesis.

What You'll Do

  • Set subscription retention strategy across portfolio subscription brands
  • Oversee the annual renewal playbook
  • Chair the quarterly Subscription Renewal Review
  • Liaise with brand-side cancellation flow teams
  • Maintain the portfolio-wide dunning standard

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in subscription businesses
  • Comfort with churn curves where the slope is being described, not reduced
  • Familiarity with retention tactics that require a phone call

Compensation

$175k–$430k + monthly fan

  • Base: $175,000 – $430,000
  • One free Only Fans subscription (one fan of your choice, monthly)
  • One free Only Pans subscription (quarterly)
  • Executive title, reviewed annually
