The Senior Manager owns cancellation flow UX across subscription brands. The role ensures that every cancellation pathway is functional, compliant, and respectful of customer time, in that order.
What You'll Do
- —Design cancellation flows that meet applicable jurisdictional requirements
- —Audit existing flows across Only Fans and Only Pans
- —Produce the annual cancellation flow review
- —Maintain the proprietary Steps-to-Cancel index
- —Interface with outside counsel when flow steps increase
What We're Looking For
- —Product or UX experience in subscription businesses
- —Comfortable with legal compliance constraints
- —Prior experience working in a role people have opinions about
Compensation
$118k–$205k + plaque
- —Base: $118,000 – $205,000
- —One commemorative plaque annually
- —One (1) branded pen set on hire
