About this role
The Director owns the written and email-based communications that precede and follow every auto-renewal event across subscription brands.
What You'll Do
- —Write auto-renewal notification emails that meet disclosure requirements
- —Schedule renewal communication cadences (30/7/1 day prior)
- —Monitor open rates and response rates (response rates are not a target)
- —Maintain the portfolio-wide renewal copy repository
What We're Looking For
- —7+ years in customer communications or CRM
- —Strong written craft
- —Ability to comply with disclosure rules in friendly tone
Compensation
$105k–$180k + coffee
- —Base: $105,000 – $180,000
- —Unlimited cold brew (at-desk only)
- —Quarterly portfolio-branded mug upgrade
