The VP of Questionable Health Claims reviews all public-facing health and wellness claims across the portfolio prior to external communication. The role serves as the firm's internal firewall between aspirational claims and verifiable claims.
The ideal candidate is confident in the distinction.
What You'll Do
- —Pre-review all health and wellness claims in brand marketing
- —Maintain the proprietary Claims Register (currently 2,300 entries)
- —Produce quarterly claim-risk assessments
- —Liaise with outside counsel on claims that proceed without modification
- —Serve as the final approver on the Sovereign Wellness claim set
What We're Looking For
- —Background in regulatory affairs, consumer health, or adjacent
- —Calm demeanor under written deposition-style inquiry
- —Ability to use phrases like 'broadly consistent with' confidently in writing
