The Senior Director leads the restroom category R&D pipeline across the Hygiene portfolio, working with brand-side product teams at TrueGrit and Seel-Tite to identify next-generation opportunities.
The role is engineering-adjacent but category-focused. The incumbent does not need to personally calibrate a gasket.
What You'll Do
- —Maintain the 3-year hygiene R&D pipeline across the portfolio
- —Evaluate and prioritize patent filings
- —Coordinate with brand engineering leads on category roadmap
- —Produce the quarterly Restroom Category Innovation Review
- —Interface with the Head of Bathroom Humor Division on strategy alignment
What We're Looking For
- —10+ years in restroom or adjacent category R&D
- —Familiarity with containment systems (mechanical or otherwise)
- —Comfort producing documentation that will be reviewed but not necessarily revised
Compensation
$150k–$330k + fruit basket
- —Base: $150,000 – $330,000
- —Seasonal fruit basket (peaches only, delivered to a location of your choice within reason)
- —Unlimited branded nitrile gloves in a size of your choice
- —One (1) Specific Industries-branded lab coat on hire
