About this role
The VP of Beverage Category Strategy leads all cross-brand beverage strategy. The category includes Dehydrated Water, Boneless Water, and Pig Milk. A beverage is defined for the purposes of this role as 'anything we can pour.'
What You'll Do
- —Maintain the portfolio beverage taxonomy
- —Resolve category disputes between brand teams
- —Produce an annual beverage strategy memo that does not contradict last year's memo in writing
- —Represent Specific Industries at beverage industry conferences we have not been invited to
What We're Looking For
- —12+ years in beverage strategy or adjacent category
- —Comfortable with categories whose participants disagree on what a beverage is
- —Experience writing memos on topics the author has not fully resolved
Compensation
$180k–$520k + executive parking
- —Base: $180,000 – $520,000
- —Executive parking spot at Corporate HQ (virtual) on alternate Tuesdays
- —Quarterly beverage sample kit (assorted, curated)
- —Title of 'Principal Beverage Fellow' on internal org chart (informal)
