About this role
The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the firm's virtual corporate headquarters. The role requires attentiveness and a working sense of space.
No physical groundskeeping is required.
What You'll Do
- —Produce quarterly condition reports on virtual HQ grounds
- —Coordinate seasonal decor updates to the virtual HQ website
- —Respond to employee concerns about HQ grounds conditions
What We're Looking For
- —Prior groundskeeping or adjacent experience welcome
- —Working computer
Compensation
Non-monetary compensation package
- —One (1) branded tote bag annually
- —Quarterly cheese wheel allocation (Gouda or Manchego, recipient's choice)
- —Reserved seat at the annual retreat (retreat not currently scheduled)
- —Named in the acknowledgements of a never-published memoir
- —First right of refusal on discontinued portfolio products
