The Director of Regulatory Avoidance coordinates the firm's posture toward regulatory bodies across the Health & Wellness vertical. The work is not adversarial. It is, more accurately, adjacent.
What You'll Do
- —Maintain a current map of jurisdictions in which portfolio brands are banned, permitted, or unaddressed
- —Produce monthly briefings on new or impending regulation
- —Draft standard-form responses to regulatory inquiries
- —Coordinate with the VP of Questionable Health Claims on boundary cases
What We're Looking For
- —JD or equivalent experience
- —Prior role in corporate regulatory strategy preferred
- —Ability to compose carefully-worded letters
Compensation
$160k–$340k + cheese wheel
- —Base: $160,000 – $340,000
- —Quarterly cheese wheel allocation
- —Complimentary access to the firm's library of regulatory response letters (340+ templates)
